What do you mean 'deny the request'? There are very limited appeal rights, but in general yes, appeal rights extension the Section 3C protection.1. If they deny the request, would appeals also extend the status? And
2. Would I receive something stating this after I apply? The big issue I have is with my employer. They will not want me working for them if I do not have a legal right to, and I would require some level of proof to provide them.
This is nonsense. Don't believe everything you read. If you meet the requirements and have no severely adverse immigration history/issues, there is no reason to be refused.I've read that only 10% of applications are approved
