PBS dependent visa extension for ILR

Hi

I have a unique situation, I have already got a settlement visa (through Tier 2 general) in April this year and my wife,2 kids are still on PBS dependent Tier 2 visa which expires late November. I was applying for extension of their Tier 2 dependent visa but when I was going to health care surcharge it is saying that I've to pay 1500 pounds each. Now my question is:
** My wife and my kids will apply for ILR in April 2019 and hence need to pay only 2 years healthcare surcharge (comes as 400 pounds each) but the online form is taking into account the expiry date of my settlement visa. How can it be resolved?**

Not a 'unique' situation.

They must apply alone and not put in your ILR expiry date. Any over payment will be refunded.

They have to apply for a 3 year extension and must pay the IHS for 3 years each. You cannot choose a lesser time.
