EEA FM Application time considered as 10 years long residency’s


My husband has 2 months gap between expiry of Enterpreneur Visa and getiing approval(decision) from ho of his EEA FM application
Do thesse 2 months cover in my 10 years
We were married on Dec 16 and application for EEA FM Spouse was made in Jan, his leave to reamin as entrepreneur expired on march and recived successful decision after 2 months for residence permit.

He should be fine as long as he has all the evidence of the EU spouse being a qualified person excersing treaty rights from date of marriage.
