Spouse Visa --> Domestic --> Wanting to reunite

Post by Jacobcreek1 » Sun Oct 01, 2017 5:48 pm

Hi All,

My wife got a spouse visa last year in April from India and earlier this year we had an arguement where police got involved, no one got charged but then we decided to not stay together.

We separated and she applied for settlement through domestic which she is still awaiting a decision, currently staying in womens aid.

Separated for about 5 months and last month we both met(though she was told not to meet by the authorities) we still met few times and stayed together and now decided we should give another good chance.

I am a Naturalised British citizen, would there be a chance for us to withdraw her application and switch to spouse visa again.

I look forward to your responses.

Thanks.

It may involve huge complication because women aid organization may have advised her not to go near to you but without informing them she may have breached the criteria. I also think that if her application is still pending with HO then she may vary it spouse visa again.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

She has not told womens aid organisation that she is meeting me. But they probably have a doubt that she is meeting me.
Question is :- Can she be switched to spouse visa again and if yes, would anyone know the procedure?
Thanks
