Tier 2 ICT Visa - COS Taking Time & Visa is expiring

Dear Experts ,

My ICT Tier 2 Visa is expiring on 14 October 17. The customer for which i am working their renewal with my MNC is taking some time and will be surely done by October end or November 1st week . My organisation is saying that if customer doesn't sign before 14 October they will not provide COS . I am in UK with my family and my daughter have started attending school . I just need 4 weeks grace period from the home office for me to stay back in UK . After that my company will be signing the contract with the customer and i will get a COS

Please advise what possible options that i have so that my family is not disturbed

Few details : I moved to UK on Tier II ICT long term in April 2017 and Visa expiring on October 14 2017
I work for MNC ( MNC is waiting for the contract with the existing customer to renew and renewal is taking some time )

There aren't any. If you don't extend before your visa expires, you will need to leave the UK.

How do i extend my visa as my current employer is not giving me COS .

I can ask for curtailment letter from them which may give me some grace time ? My only objective is seek 4 weeks of grace time , after that I will get a COS

No that won't work either. HO issue a curtailment letters NOT your employer but curtailment letters ONLY applies if you have a long period of visa validity reducing the validity to 60 days. So a curtailment letter is a non event for you unfortunately and it could also have implications on an extension with the same employer.

Any period of overtaying could affect future visa applications.

You cannot apply for an extension if you do not have valid leave to remain.

Is there any way i can get a grace period on family circumstances . Can i write or request to home office . My Daughter complete year would spoil as she will not get any admission in school as its mid sessions in India

My employer is ready to sponsor and will do but just need 4 weeks . I would have reapplied the same from India but if i go back there will be cooling period hence need to extend while in UK .

You have only been in the UK for 6 months. There really is no grounds for a grace period to be honest.
