Query on TIER 2 General Dependent work restrictions

Hello There,

May i request any of you to help me with the following query.

Do we any restrictions for a TIER 2 General Dependent to work in UK?

Please help with this information

The only restriction is you cannot work as a Dr or Dentist in training.

Free to do any other work.

Does this mean,Any applicant with Tier 2 general dependent visa, who has cleared ORE Part1 and Part 2 (Dentistry) Can straight away work for NHS ?
