FLR(M) Extension with New Name in Passport for a dependent Child

My wife and Daughter were going to apply for extension of their ILR Dependent Visa. (I am a PBS Migrant now granted ILR after 5 years from Tier 1 general).

I hoped I can change my daughters given name together with this in the BRP. The given name was changed in her Birth certificate only after she got her passport and there after This couldn't be changed. Now she is reaching 5 years of age.
So I got her given name changed in her Indian passport as it was going to expire anyway.

But Now I understand I need to inform the change of circumstances (name change ) to the UKBA for the change in BRP and then only apply for the FLR (M) extension. Unfortunately their stay expires by 19/10/2017.
Very much tense now due to short of time.
Is it possible to do everything in single go.
Would much appreciate advice in this regard.

Did you change their visas in 2015 to FLR(M) or is this the first time you are changing their visas?

To lawful change the child's name, you will need to do a certificate of deed poll, provided all who have parental responsibilites consent to it.

Then you can make the renewal application in the new name.

Eventually my family did apply for FLR(M) and this is the renewal of that. I thought I had posted it didn't I? So this is the extension of FLR(M) taken in 2015 for them. My wife has lived in the UK since 2009 but her visa expired while in India for childbirth. I took the opinion from this forum and applied for FLR(M)

I had contacted the deed poll team. they suggested me to follow the Indian rules. For Indian High commission rules are different . They need publication in 2 morning Dailies for name change to be done in the Passport. One of them should be from the UK daily.
I ve done this.
Now the documents I have is old and new passport, her Birth certificate with new name.
But I cannot find an option of old/ new name change in the FLR(M) application

As you told deed poll as accepted way to change the name, Is this link and applying for a deed poll be sufficient. (We as parents need to consent on it any way I gather.
