Relationship ending with EEA national

Hi

Looking for advice. Currently on a 5 year EEA residence card with a EU national. The relationship might be taking a turn for the worst. Is there any chance or way I can apply to stay on my own been together for 7 years in total with 2 of the years being in the UK and were engaged.

You will need to find a visa you qualify for, likely on the points based system (Tier 4 or Tier 2) and will probably have to apply from home country.

You are not able to apply for retain rights of residence under the EU rules as an unmarried partner unfortunately.
