Hi All,

I'm currently in UK working on Tier 2 ICT Short term visa(Currently discontinued). I'm trying to switch to Tier 2 General with a different sponsor than current sponsor. Do I need to serve any cooling of period? if yes how long should I serve?

12 month cooling off period applies.
