PBS Dependent ILR English Requirement

Hi,

I am on PBS dependent(Tier-2 ICT) and my spouse got ILR based on Tier-2 ICT in Jan-2015, I am completing my 5 years in UK and would be applying ILR based on PBS dependent(Tier-2 ICT) on 5 year route.

1) Do i need to submit any proof for english knowledge?
2) I have studied bachelor of engineering with degree tough in English so what process should I follow to get it certified for UK level education?

2. If an overseas degree, you need UK NARIC ELA red route. If a UK degree, the degree certificate is sufficient.
