child dependent settlement visa

Hi this is my circumstances. Got my visa approved last September 28 Spouse settlement Visa in UAE. Arrived UK 2nd of October. It has been our plan to get my daughter in Philippines. What appendix do I need to fill up is it Appendix 1? is it the correct form for the financial requirement. I will be going home end of October to sort all the requirements from Philippines and hopefully get her biometrics done ist week of November.Will pay priority and hopefully can wait for her decision so we can fly back to UK together, I know i am taking my luck with all the backlogs from Sheffield.Please your inputs will be of great help for the success of my daughters application.Thank you so much.
LIST OF REQUIREMENTS:

SU07 sponsor undertaking form
Affidavit of Sole responsibility
Bank Statements
Remittances for support
BRP Copy
passport copies
Residence Visa Copy of my daughter from UAE
letter from school regarding me paying for her school


Please let me know what else do I need to submit?

This is NOT required.

Child applies for exactly the same visa that you applied for (presumably you have a spouse settlement visa) and you/partner must meet ALL the same requirements.

Why did you not apply for your child when you applied?

Where is the childs' other biological parent??

it was our intention to apply together but due to the school issues we decided that it be better for my daughter to apply in Philippines when my visa will be granted. In Philippines school year starts month of June.
I applied in UAE not Philippines. My husband and I had been a resident there for 8 years. i am not married to her father he just recognised her in her birth certificate.

we met all the financial requirement required which is 22400 i believed. So appendix 1 then will be the right form. Do i need to submit our marriage certificate again. thanks
