UKVI called for booking appointment with Jobcentre

Hi,
I claimed asylum and have been waiting for decision for 3 years. I received a call From HO UKVI
BRP department. The lady confirmed my details and told me that my BRP card has been issued and with me shotly. She also asked me that which day I am available or free because she would book appointment with Jobcentre Plus for benefits.

My question is that HO UKVI normally does so. Actually it seems me unusual. Please share your knowledge and expience with me, I am really very much upset.
