ILR for my 7 year old kid

Hi,
there was a confusion earlier that my 7 year old kid's application for citizenship may be applied directly when I apply for my citizenship however I have learned from one too many sources that kids born outside the UK too need to get their ILr application done.
So now my wife and myself have ILR, my 7 year old kid who is living in the UK since august 2011 is on Tier 1 dependent visa.

Can I use same set o form for just my kid's application?

You can use Set(O) or Set(F).
