Dear All

I am currently on Spouse visa ( 05 year route) and used FLR(M) to get the 2.5 yrs initial visa ,

my visa validity will be expired on 18 Nov-17 I need to apply for extension for next 2.5 years visa.

Please confirm what form I need to use.

and how many months payslips and bank statements I need to provide. I am confuse whether I need to give all previous 2.5 years detail or not.

Lookign forward for advise.

Same form you used previously - FLR(M) plus the Appendix.

6 months of each PLUS 2 years evidence of cohabitation.

You also now need English A2 (it changed in May).

Thanks for your reply.

what does it mean by FLR(M) plus the Appendix. If I download the form and fill it from top to bottom till the final check list ,what ever is relevant to my case, then does it mean appendix is filled or appendix is a separate form.

secondly I have done my MBA from UK so do I still need to appear for English A2 test or my certificate is enough to proof as per new changes.

The Appendix FM/SE is a separate form, sorry it appears to be for applications outside the UK. FLR(M) contains the financial information questions.

UK degree certificate is fine.

not applying for visa as they are British but their birth certificates

is there any thing which is missing please confirm
