Post by Rubabakhtar5 » Tue Oct 10, 2017 8:44 pm

Hi,

In the UK, couple applied for asylum and refugee was status granted. Wife was main apllicant and husband was dependant. . Husband was also presiously married and from his 1st wife he has 2 kids (9 and 11 years old). Both children are staying with Grand ma.
Now Husband (Dependant) want to bring his children here in the UK (refugee union).

Now under present law if he can apply for refugee reunion or any alternative route.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
