Tier 2 visa

Hi,

I am tier2 visa and I found another sponsor. can I apply for my visa and after getting it. I canto apply for my wife and son or I have to apply for all of us together?

please help.

If they have a long valid visa then you do not have to apply for your dependents.

yes, they have visa until Mid December. they are also on tier2 dependent visa of my old employee.

can I apply for my self in one day service and after getting my visa I can apply for them as normal visa service by post?

They are NOT dependent on your employer. They are dependent on YOU.

Yes but they must apply before their visas expire.
