leave to remain after broken relationship

I have separated from my wife recently after a short lived marriage and have written to the home office that relationship has subsided. Home office has served her notice to leave. Now I am looking for divorce.
Is she able to secure further leave to remain in the UK on the basis of divorce which will be in process soon whilst she is still here?
