Nationality after ilr approval appeal won

Hi guru

I was silent reader but I need to ask question.
I applied same day ilr on 20 year long residences in Jan 2016 . My actual visa was expiring in June 3016.

I got refused and went for appeal. Appeal mid of August 2017. I won appeal and got ilr by now.

I need to ask , can I apply citizenship as already one year passed by waiting appeal decision.

There is no 'ILR 20 years long residence'? Do you mean '10 years long residence' on Set(LR)??

Possibly, you can apply for BC as 15 months have passed since your ILR application date and it was delayed at no fault of your own.

My ilr refused because of tax issue , my last 5 years was in tier 1 general visa and income was high in those years when I applied for visa others year income was low. They put deception on previous visa as income was not geniun.
