Shifting from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 4 Dependent

Hi

I am currently on Tier 2 ICT Visa.
My husband has got a Tier 4 General Visa.
Can i apply for Tier 4 dependent visa within UK.

Hi

I am unable to get the clarity.
I did go thru the guidance document .
So can I assume it is a yes.
Since I am an Tier 2 main applicant ,can I apply from within UK at the same time when my wife applies from home country for Tier 4 general
Your earliest apply is highly appreciated.

Dependants applying in the UK
You should apply for your dependants’ visas at the same time as you extend or switch your own visa.

If you can’t do it at the same time, your dependants can apply to extend or switch their visas at a later date.

They can’t apply in the UK as dependants if they already have a Standard Visitor visa.
If your dependants want to get a decision more quickly than the standard 8 weeks, they can apply:

for priority service - there’s a limited number of places each day
to use a premium service centre - they’ll need to go in person
You can only apply once your spouse is back in the UK with a student visa, providing the course partner is studying qualifies for you to be a dependent.

Sorry for being a pain.
So once my partner gets the visa,i have to apply from home country as well as Tier 4 dependent and cannot apply within UK

No. It clearly states you can apply within the UK, providing she is doing a course at a college that permits having dependents.
