FLR expires 19 days before 5 years qualifying period

Hi all

I wanted some help/confirmation about applying for my ILR through spouse visa route.

I was issued my initial 30 month spouse visa in October 2012 which expired in July 2015. Unfortunately we applied too early for the further 30 month extension which expires on 19th November 2017. I first entered UK on 8th December 2012 so 5 years will be on 8th December 2017, meaning I fall 19 days short with my FLR.

I am aware that we can apply for ILR 28 days before 5 year qualifying period ie 10th November 2017 which is 9 days before FLR expires. Will these be valid/accepted? Or will I need to apply in person?

Yes this will be fine. You can apply by post or in person.
