Switch from Tier 4 Dependant to Tier 2 General and vice versa inside UK

I really need an urgent information on an important issue.

Can a Tier 4 Dependant switch to Tier 2 General and vice versa inside UK?

Can both apply at same time?

Is it possible to apply using One Day premium service?

Your help would be really appreciated.

remember, even though u can switch within uk, u will need restricted cos, rlmt, english language and maintenance.

my main concern is, can both switch (swap) visa status simultaneosly or not?

why few hrs apart? can you please give reason because sometimes HO do not make decision on the spot and they give letter for further consideration of application. If this will be the case than how dependant will apply?

if you are worried about your application, then dont book it for same day.
The few hours apart is, in case ur application is approved, they can then look at dependent application. But obviously the first application needs approval, hence the few hours apart thing.
