Why was EEA FP refused?

Who is your EU sponsor and what is your relationship to the sponsor?

On what basis have you applied for FLR(FP) - parent or partner route??

What is your full immigration history.

Did you apply for an EEA Family Permit based on your current 'separated' spouse, or.....?

Are you still married?

Where is your spouse?

Is your spouse working?

Your post and circumstances are not clear to be honest.

You don't have any rights now if she has left the UK and you cannot work.

FLR(FP) applications can take a long time.

well thx she may be in France its my guess,What happens if she is in UK?
How can you say a definite answer?
Say if they agree my FLR-FP then during this period my stay is illegal?
It does not make any sense, My solicitors, neither confirm nor deny my situation.

If she has left the UK or is no longer exercising treaty rights in the UK, then your rights as a spouse of EU citizen cease.

Applying FLR(FP) doesn't give you any rights until the application is approved (if it is approved).

You are right. But since I am not sure if she left the uk or not exercising treaty rights.
Its not fair to be certain, regardless ECS check comes as Positive.
:(
Thx again for your reply.just saying nothing is certain
