Spouse Visa Renewal

Hi,
I wondered if you can help with 1 part of my spouse visa renewal application.

My passport and BRP name is Name A

However, all my evidence's (bank statements.....) are in my maiden name, as I took my husband's last name.
Are these Evidence's acceptable?

If so, how do I correctly inform the person who will review my case or note it in the application?
