Tier 1 Entrepreneur to Tier 2 Dependent

I have a small query....

Is it possible to switch from Tier 1 Entrepreneur Main applicant to Tier 2 Dependent inside UK?

What documents should be submitted?

If there are 2 dependents, can both the dependents apply in single application or both of them need to apply separately? Tier 2 Main applicant already got Tier 2 Visa.
