1. What are the documents required from employer ?
2. Is it mandatory to maintain £630 in account if employer is A rate sponsor ?
3. If yes, Can I show both (mine and wife) accounts of £630 ?
3. How to calculate IHS fee / Which category do I select ?
4. What are the final documents required to submitted in vfs india ?

Hi Friends,
I need your help in applying tier-2 General dependent visa from India for my six months old child born in UK.
My child born in UK and urgently travelled to India, I am planning to apply it from India. Can you please help me out with my queries

1. we (I & wife) both are on General tier 2 visa.
2. Can I include both of ours COS, BRP, passport while applying visa for baby, I prefer me has a main applicant.
3. As visa is only for my child, is the minimum balance maintenance is £630 for 90 days is mandatory? If yes, can I include both (I & wife) separate UK bank account.
4. Letter from A rate sponsor employer will do ? instead of bank statement for funds.
5. Does my child need a TB X-ray? As she is 6 months old and stayed in UK for one month, Does my child still require it?
6. While applying from vfs site do i need to take the below one for my child?
Work - Tier 2 (General) visa - General Child, up to 3 years.
7.How to calculate IHS fee / Which category do I select ?

Child Passport
UK Birth Certificate
Father (Main applicant) and Mother's Passport & bio-metrics card photo copies.
