Post by Moonset007 » Thu Oct 19, 2017 10:10 pm

HI ,

I have booked an appointment in Croydon premium service for my ILR application
on Monday 13th November 2017 , is that will be fine with 28 days rule ? please note that my first date entry to UK is 8 December 2012 - under SPOUSE OF BRITISH CITIZEN - 5 years route

Also do I need to do a copy of all document or just original ? And what other advise can you help me with please ?

Could you also set state what the expiry date is of current leave to remain. As long as it is 28 days or with 28 days of qualifying period required for ILR then you should be OK.

It is also my understanding that you may also apply 28 days before your current leave expires, which ever is sooner.

Also my understanding is you will need to have photocopies of the originals and the original documents on the day of appointment to hand.
These are my 'views' and 'opinions'.
If in doubt always seek professional advice, or at least do a search for the relevant information. :P

If i make any mistakes, You are more than welcome to correct me.
