I have book a premium appointment set LR variation .unfortunetely no other slots are available and my Solister is not available on the day .

Is it ok to go without Solister .

You dont need a solicitor if you meet all the requirements.

I meet all req vary from tier1 g ilr to LR ilr . Wil there is chance of interview .Usually applicants are under pressure on the day so I am feeling to take Solister to boost confidence

A premium appointment is not an 'interview'. You either meet the requirements or you don't. HO can and often do ask for more documents and do extra checks. Having a solicitor with you won't change any of that.

If you don't have confidence in your application and in meeting the requirments of all the visas you have held, no one can create confidence for you.

Thanks for reply .I have legally completed 10 years and vary from tier 1G to LR . I got case prepare by Solister however the date I have selected Solister is not available on the day .I was saying because other friend have company with same Solister and some applicant are taking them alone .
