Swapping sponsors - Termination of employment

Hi,

Do i need to wait for my new TIER 2 application to be approved (take receipt of BRPs and approval letter) with my new employer before I can give my current employer the notice period the require?

You can give notice whenever you wish, but remember that this could create a problem if your new visa is refused.
