Need your expert opinion.
I got my Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa July 2013 and my visa was successfully extended in Sep 2016. My family join me in May 2014. One of two daughters born in UK and now we all have visa valid till Sep 2018.
I need to confirm that if I apply for my ILR in June 2018, What would be the status of my dependent and also do we need to show £18600 for one dependent and £3600 for the second dependent or these income rules does not apply in such cases.

They continue on their existing visas and extend if required before expiry till the meet the requirements for ILR. You need to show maintenance. The income requirement is NOT relevant to PBS Dependents.
