Hii I was on tier 2 supervised practice nurse visa (2014-2019)my employer terminated me in 2016 Feb,because of IELTS.I was not working since 2016 Feb,my husband was working,now I got curtailment letter.I am looking the new employer now,if I apply tier 2 (before curtailment finish) any possibilities to reject visa.I am afraid of that ,I was not working since 2016.my employer informed to home office December 2016.Please give a reply.

You need to meet the requirements and points and RLMT if relevant and you are not a shortage occupation.
I am afraid of that ,I was not working since 2016.my employer informed to home office December 2016.
Why did they inform HO in December when you said February?? They were required to inform HO within 10 days of your last working day, not 8 months later.

What was wrong re IELTS?

Do you realise you won't qualify for ILR due to the long gap between employment?

What have you been doing about looking for a new sponsor since 2016??
