Tier 2 ILR discrepancy of 14 days

Post by Acham25 » Sat Oct 21, 2017 8:35 pm

Hi

Here are my tier 2 general leave to remain visa .

1. Issued on 11-01-2013 valid until 15-12-2014
2. Issued on 06-11-2014 valid until 29-12-2017

Looks like 14 days is missing to complete 5 years ? Is that right?
Also the 1st issued visa 11-01-2013 then I started working with my employer on 01 -02-2013 ( I received the visa let say 29 Jan 2013 via post )
My Question is will they consider this as continues 5 years ?
If not can I extend / apply another COS Or they will consider the 14 days Because it is them who issue visa date anyway . Thanks

You can apply within 28 days of reaching 5 years, so you should be fine.

Thanks for the reply CR001🙂 also with the salary threshold if the recent changes on the SOC code 1132 salary for Experience worker , I just had it 3 months payslip to show the new rate before my ILR 5 years due . Will there be a problem with that ?

In that case is it safe to apply same day application on the 16th Dec ?
