Tier 2 - PBS Dependent - Partner / Main applicant switched to ILR

Hi,

I recently got ILR ( Tier 2 General / 5 year route ).
My wife still holds Tier 2 dependent valid till May' 2018. Unfortunately, my old company license got revoked last month.

My Questions,

1. Can my wife travel to India on DEC'17 and return to UK on Feb'18. Will it be any issue bcoz the sponsor's license revoked.

In case if i want to change my wife visa now,
1. Is it possible to go for PBS dependent extension without any COS and main applicant holding ILR ?

2. My wife is not having any bank account but I can show my bank statement for Maintenance.
Will they accept my maintenance letter. Please note - I got ILR last week and I don't have any limited
company setup. Still I'm working as a permanent with my new employer.

3. In the PBS Dependent - Partner application, the Maintenance section asking for dependents bank details. And there is no option to show my bank statement on behalf of my wife maintenance fund.

Please advice.

Your spouse is dependent on YOU not your sponsor.

I agree. But when sponsor license gets revoked, why the dependent also getting curtailment letter !! ?
Which means dependent visa needs to be changed. right ? Please correct me if i'm wrong.

Has your wife received a curtailment letter??? She is dependent on YOU and NOT on your sponsor.

No, she hasn't received any letter But i'm expecting in 60 days as the sponsor license got revoked.
I read in a forum that Dependent would also receive curtailment letter.

If it Reset the clock, what is the best option to extend the dependent visa without any reset and COS. Please advice.

No it does not reset the clock if you extend their existing PBS dependent visas. The rules allow them to extend the existing visas if you got ILR based on 5 years residence.
