PR Card Benefits questions

Hello everyone

I (Non EEA) + wife (EEA) are ready to send off our PR application, we claimed tax credits plus council tax benfit during the year 2012 till end of 2013. I have found some documents but i am not sure how much exactly we were getting paid from both sides.

Please may we know how to handle this situation while applying for PR?, also can this affect our application?
