What April changes are you referring to? ICT Short Term is no longer available. ICS Long Term is still possible.aarontyt wrote: ↑Mon Oct 23, 2017 4:03 pmDid you apply after April changes if you don't mind me asking?poper wrote: ↑Mon Oct 23, 2017 3:20 pmI have extended this year using the below link

Yeah that's the only thing I read from articles, but company was implying there might be some changes which are not published online. As they can't find the extension option under the sponsors system. I suspect they never did their research properly anyway.CR001 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 23, 2017 4:05 pmWhat April changes are you referring to? ICT Short Term is no longer available. Thank you, I thought so too but they reckon it's still "too early" when i asked for CoS (only a bit more than 2 months left on my visa) and insists it's better that company submits the application.CR001 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 16, 2017 1:08 pmThe applicant usually applies as the applicant has to submit biometrics etc and sign the form. If your employer is going to do it 'for you', make sure all the information is correct as if it is not, you are the one that will get deception refusal against your name.
Employers also rarely pay the visa fees and immigration health surcharge fee.
