Help leave to remain time issue

Post by Jess226 » Mon Oct 23, 2017 4:35 pm

I have been with my kiwi born partner for 9 years, together we have a 1 year old daughter. We both work, pay tax's and own our own house.
We applied for indefinite leave to remain on the 7th April 2017, we have just been told that we do not qualify and that we might be considered for limited leave to remain if we pay £400 which we have done and we have heard nothing since. We are due to fly back to New Zealand at the beginning of December and really need our visa and passports to come back. Can you offer any advice at all?? We would have appealed the decision for indefinite leave to remain but that all takes time which we don't have.
The only option when calling home office for advice is to email an email of complaint which we have done.
We are both losing sleep over this and it has become so stressful.

No need for multiple topics in different sub forums. Please continue in your existing topic where I have already ask you some questions.
