ILR Dependant applying under SET(O)

Post by sudhir317 » Tue Oct 24, 2017 10:50 am

The situation: My dependant will be applying for ILR under SET (O) since she has completed five years as Tier 1 (G) dependant.

1. Since I have received my ILR already (June 2016) ,Am I correct in my understanding that we need any proof of cohabitation documents from June 2016 onwards only?
Also, can these documents be printouts of pdf soft copies of utility/council bills?

Under section 12 A of SET (O) form it states the following:
'If you have a spouse or civil partner listed in section 2 of this application form who is applying
at the same time as you, please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you
were last granted leave (up to a maximum of two years). Evidence provided should cover the
whole period and be in the form of official letters or documents, addressed to yourself and
your spouse.'

2. Does the dependant require to provide 'Evidence of all work-related absences (including paid annual leave) under Section 6'?
