I left my last job on 31st Dec 2016, got offer letter from new compnay on Jan2017 and applied Cos and made the tier 2 change of employment application on 14 Feb 2017 and received the BRP in Feb 2017, but joined to work on March 9 2017 and cos has mentioned the start date a sMarch 9 2017, Have i broken 60 day period.(btw I have not reviced any curtailment letter),

Since i eligible for ILR , my intial Tier 2 was on 17-11-2012, will it cause any problem shoudl i include P45 or cover letter,

Since i have now 68 days from joining new company or it just making an application with in 60 days, in which case i would be fine.

Thanks for your time, Any help woud be really helpfull.

The 60 days counts from the date of last employment to the date of new visa submission/application.

You're welcome. Feel free to continue asking any further questions you might have in this topic.

Good luck.

p.s. if you need the specific immigration rule regarding the 60 days, let me know and I will post it for you.
