Tire2 General Extension Delay

Hi everyone,
Could you please anyone help me with my concerns. I have submitted application for Tire2 General Visa extension on 18th August and done the Biometric on 30th August since then I haven’t heard anything from UKVI. Therefore I contacted UKVI today asking for the status of my application then they have collect all the information from me. Few minutes later I received an email from UKVI below. Could you please help me what does they mean? Please help me if anyone is facing the same situation like me.

We are unable to advise when a decision will be made but you will be notified in writing once made. Until such time, we are unable to assist further. Should the caseworker require further information and/or documents they will contact you.
