BRP Settlement or PBS dependant

Applied for indefinte leave to enter to join parents and granted settlement to join parents in UK. However, when BRP was collected after entering UK it shows PBS dependant and no course to public funds. MAde enquries with the BRP and they ahve stated that there is no error.
Could anyone help with a solution to correct the error.

What are both your parents immigration status/history in the UK?

How old are you?
