Supreme Court judgment for couples with Child

I am about to apply for my wife's spouse visa, I have a 8 months daughter, who recently got her British passport. I am just wondering if supreme court judgment could help in any case to fast track my application ?

You need to show evidence of the minimum £18,600pa to sponsor your spouse.

Yes I have that evidence,


I am a sole director of a limited company, In my previous full year's company returns, I have paid followings

1. 12 Months salary £600 *12 = £7200
2. 2 Dividend amounts, £3400 + £8500


so In total its about 7200 + 3400 + 8500 = £19100

I have paid HRMC the CT and have evidence of that along side business statements.
