Previous employers

Post by Deanfrost » Wed Oct 25, 2017 8:59 pm

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone can help. I will be applying for my wifes further leave to remain. We have both had different employers over the past 6 months so will be applying via option B (12 months evidence). Do we need letters from all previous employers as well as existing? Also if payslips were electronic and i printed myself how can i prove they are authentic?

Thanks so much in advance for any advice.

A letter on official letterhead from a company's senior official saying the payslips are authentic.

Thanks for the response regarding payslips. Is anyone able to answer my first question also, regarding letters from previous employers?

It's a very good question which only requires common sense that if a person is no longer working for an employer then he/she can't get employer letter. However, previous employer/employers payslips corresponding to bank statements must be in possession of sponsor. Thereforefore, I think the only employer letter will be required from most recent employer while the payslips from last 12 months and corresponding bank statements will also be needed.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
