ILR premium visa application eligibility

Hi,

I am trying to book a premium visa application for ILR and it came up while trying to book the online appointment that this service is not applicable if it is 28 days after your qualifying period. Does this mean that since i have completed my 5 year qualifying period in August i cannot go for the premium service now as it is over 28 days from the qualifying period?

Please help as i am trying to apply for ILR as soon as possible.

What message does it say EXACTLY? Perhaps you are misunderstanding what it says.

You can apply at anytime but no sooner than within 28 days before reaching 5 years residence.
