Hi,
I received an interview call from HO, but it was a mobile number.
And because my company registered address is different from my office so she said she will call me back but she didn't. And I phoned HO and i was told that it's should be a number with NO caller ID... after calling on the mobile number for over 20 times (i guess) she finally picked and was being very rude and told me that she will call me back in a few days then hung up.
It's been over 2 weeks. I haven't heard anything from HO. I have a planned job outside of UK in early December. I really need to travel. My company lost many jobs because I cannot take jobs because I cannot go on business trip... Can I file legal action against HO for the loss of my business?
P.S I do think that HO should issue bridging Visa for people who are running businesses.

Please wait for HO to contact you again.
The compliance team will probably get back to you soon.

I also received a called yesterday @ 7:00pm from a UK mobile number mentioning that she was calling from Home Office Immigration Department and she wants to have an interview Next Friday 3rd November. She confirmed my office address, gave me the interview time and said she will send an confirmation email in a short while. I haven't received an email so far, nothing in SPAM either but i am still assuming the interview is at stated date and time and preparing accordingly.
Best of Luck everyone

Me too at the same time, I think it's the same person who was calling us. A girl. And she was confirming with my address said she will send confirmation emails or letters over for the interview details. She didn't tell me about the date of interview over the phone though. I'm still waiting for a confirmation.
Good luck to your interview next Friday

I also had voicemail from mobile number confirming my office visit this September. Nothing unusual. I work from office not home address.

Are you all working from home or business premises?
Thanks,
Hi Amit
Well I work from home at time and at times i go to client's premises depending on the nature of work which needs to be done. My office address is that of my accountant's since he looks after all my company accounts and i have leased a desk in his office me or any of my employee needs to use one but i dont have any contract agreement for that. I will probably book a conference room in the building to host the interview.
