Expiry date of passport

May i know what are ukvi requirements for passport validity for tier 4 visa. My passport will expire on 13 june 2019 but course end date is 13 january 2020. Should i renew passport or not?? Will ukvi object on it that passport should be valid for full course duration?

Or at time of application passport should be valid for next 6 months?? Kindly guide

No there is no such requirement. It must be valid when you apply and in order for you to travel within the 30 days visa vignette granted and collect your BRP card when you get to the UK.

Zee have u received ur passport back from bhc? Did it had visa stamped ? What date u got back ur pp?

CR001 thanks. as my decision has been overturned after admin review now making new visa application.
there is question like "Have you been refused a visa for any country including the UK in the last 10 years?"

what should i choose yes or no?

Waqas i got pp on 24 oct and no stamp on it because i asked them to cancel visa.

Why u cancelled the visa as you could have asked university to defer that visa for january intake and you only would need to maybe submit new cas . University would have provided ukvi with new dates so they can move the visa dates to new intake.

My course not offered in january intake. So i changed course for which new cas issued which means new visa application thts y.

Choose Yes, and say the refusal was overturned on appeal.

Gone through exact same for myself this year.refused twice but overturned and granted visa. Visa came and Enrolment was late so they submit new dates to ukvi through license manager and got email to submit pp. got new visa .As it was their mistake they defered the visa.

Thanks. I want to confirm one time as sah told that i just mention that i should choose yes and mention that decision was overturned on appeal. Should i attach proof of refusal letter?? And proof of decision overturned??

And should i attach motivation letter and cv with visa application?? Bcz evidence used to get cas was only bachelor's degree...

I further want to know what if i am asked a out what will i do after study in uk.. If i say i will return home and would like to apply for Turkish pr canadian scholarship,, will they suapect me on this answer?? Or i should say i will work in Pakistan?

You don't need to attach the refusal letter. It will ask in application about previous visa refusal. Write the home office reference no with date and comment further that after Admin review the decision was overturned. They have record anyway but do write this in application.

It would be on your refusal letter starting with SHEFO 00/12345 on top.
