Need information for spouse and child settlement visa.

Hello all.
I need some information regarding my wife and baby visa from pakistan.I got my permanent residence 3 months ago.I was separated my ex in July 2015 then I went back in September 2015 met the girl during my ex divorce proceedings and just did nikah not registered marriage so I have baby she born in June 2016.Then I went back pakistan in September 2016 and we registered our marriage at local council that time my ex divorce was finalised I was on retain of right status in the UK.
Am I illegible to apply for spouse and child visa,?
I know all other requirements like financial requirements, accommodation and relationships requirements and spouse English test etc.
Please Gurrus and Moderators read my situation and guidance me in my case. I will be highly thankful to you of your help. You are the best solicitors for me as I got help from you through this board alot before.

If you had nikkah before finalizing the divorce then it won't be accepted. But since you haven't shown/registered your nikkah as you said then if possible then redo it and then register it for spouse visa application and where you have to fulfill all those requirements which you are aware of.

Basically it was just commitment between me and my wife in the presence of 4 people.written nikah was registered after divorce finalised and I read some very informative topics and post about requirements of spouse visa for self employed sponsored in this board and also read information on Home Office website.I would appreciate you if you guide me more as you have much knowledge and experience.
