Assuming you mean a 'spouse settlement visa' and not a EEA/EU Family Permit/Residence card, she applies on form Set(M) for ILR.

What date does her current visa expire?

What date did she enter the UK on her spouse visa?

Cool thanks. She has spouse settlement visa and she entered UK on year 2013.

I did ask for dates but anyway, she doesn't qualify for ILR until next year, shortly before reaching 5 years residence calculated from the date of entry to the UK (whenever that was)

That has been helpful. I do know she has to have 5 years completion in UK but the thing I wasn't sure which form to go for :) Thanks for the help.
