Visa Application less than three weeks

Post by kamran1982 » Thu Oct 26, 2017 11:39 pm

Hello guys,
I would like to share the good news to all of you about My visa extension application has approved today.

Applied 06 October
Bio letter 9 October
Bio given 16 October
Visa date 22 October (weekend)

Visa approved date on letter
Thanks to seniors on this form @zimba88 @marcnath for providing very update and correct information.

I would personally suggest you to just follow the policy guidance and provide all the required documents as per policy documents. No need to provide extra documents as it wouldn't help even it make case worker confused.

I provide only this.

1- CAR
2-Bank statement both personal and business to show all £59 k transfer to business
3- certificate of in corporation
4- All HMRC and compnay house Letters
5-FPS showing with start date on first month of the employee started
6-P11, p45, Payslips full year with hourly rae
7-Passport, Visa card, Bank statement showing 90 days maintenance balance
8- Company accounts 4 years and management account one year
9- Share certificate
10- Investment in share capital in 20 different transfers in last three years, All transfer higghlihted
11- Two full time and 02 part time employees passport copies

I have company insurance, Business cards, Business contract with four big companies, and lease agreement as well but didn't supplied as it wasn't required to gain the 95 points. Case worker would easily identified the genuineness of my business by taking the figures from my business bank accounts all contracts payment, lease payments, billing invoices, insurance, travelling, Car hires, Computer and IT payments, Photocopiers, 12 direct debits, 05 Standing orders etc.

Doing genuine business more than 10 employees in total but only 04 were settled citizen,ed workers but submitted FPS, RTI, P11 and P45 of all the company employees. Company in loss two years due to heavy expenditures on IT and business set up. First two years were profits.

Wish all of you best of luck. Please follow the simple policy guidance and provide documents accordingly.

Very happy guys. i wish all of you best of luck. I believe home office speed up the process after BBC news of un necessary delaying in visa process.

Awwwww congratulations dear.. u must be so happpy. Hope all of us waiting get approval soon. Omg ur my story is same . I got intial visa after 19 months and i also established company in 2013 and got in october 2014. I applied few days back as well.. tell me kamran did u apply as joined business or as established new busienss. As we have seen in guidance policy that they only consider it as a new business when is established immedietly before 12 months before ur intial leave to remain. Jus a question.. not hve any impact as marchnath said. But still i thought i should ask u. Congratulationa again and good luck with ur future. I hope abdul and umar shahzad and we all get good news soon.

I used the same company. Same business established in 2013. I was sole director. No team. Sigle application with one dependent. Hope you will get reply soon. Mine was so quick unbelievable. May be home office compensated the long wait of initial application.

Kam, Did you received any complex letter before approval? how you received the documents back from home office ? My visa file was massive I have send all my invoices, All insurance documents of four years. employee job contracts, offer letters, lease documents of three years, bills etc and three application forms my wife, son and mine. I had used the large cardboard box for post and it cost me £39.

I have just wonder how will the home office send all the original docuemnts, passports, marriage certificate, ID cards etc.

last time i have send the prepared extra large prepaid envelop but this time i hasnt send the prepaid envelop to the home office.

heyacheya and umar.shahzad1 what your current status at the moments. We all three have the similar visa application submission date. anyone of your received any generic complex letter.
