Post by mohdharis » Fri Oct 27, 2017 10:02 am

Hi there!

My ILR received 14/01/2016
My Son born in UK 13/10/2017
My wife is on spouse visa

I was told by someone that i can sapply british passport for my son without having to apply to home office.. i have gotten the passport application form from the post office but am jot sure whether or not its true to apply for PP without having to apply elsewhere.

He’s got his birth certificate n registered with council.

Any reply will be highly regarded.

Thank you

Your child is automatically British if born in the UK after you got ILR.

Apply passport directly with proof of your ILR.
