Hi All

I need urgent help in regards to my Tier 2 application. My first Tier 2 application was refused and the original documents have not been sent back to me yet. However, I have booked in a premium service for my new Tier 2 application. I am so frustrated and helpless since I could not go there without my original documents. I have also written to the case worker for this.

What should I do ??

If someone know what I should do at current, please do let me know. I am grateful if someone can answer me on this. Thank you soooo much !!

Why was it refused?

It was refused because I was not awarded any points under the appropriate salary. We used 40 hour weeks for the annual salary. However, it should be 39 hour week under my job code. Therefore, the previous one was refused.

The OP appears to have submitted an application within the UK not from abroad through VFS.

I submitted the application inside the UK and submitted it to the Sheffield's centre. I am so paranoid now as my appointment is coming on the 10th Nov. What should I do ?
