I applied for my wife visa in June from India. We do got case not straightforward mail , then we got standard 31st mail and some time back that they are still working on application but we just recently found that my wife is pregnant. What could be the impact of this on her application ? Thats just create situation more complex or can we speed up on decision atleast so that we can plan things accordingly now. I am on ILR as of now.

No impact on her application other than if she has the baby in India, the child will also need a visa. It won't 'speed up' her application.

You need to be mindful of the fact that her initial visa vignette in her passport will only be valid for 30 days.

As far as the visa is concerned no difference whatsoever.

Don't forget flight logistics, if she's too far gone to fly when visa is granted then you'll have to apply for the child as well..
